Is there some special trick to getting into the tomahawk FTP site?
I've tried a number of times to get into that site but I can't seem to. I
have no trouble getting into chinalake or any of the aminet sites but this
one seems to be a problem. The sitename I've been using is:
tomahawk.welch.jhu.edu
My host system automaticly sends my e-mail address for the password and it
sends it the same to every system but this is the only one I have trouble
with.
When I try to use this site I get a message "Guest login OK, send your
complete e-mail address as password."
Then my host system displays: "Sending Password" and it hangs. I've tried
waiting, thinking that perhaps the system just has a lot of users on it,
but I wouldn't think it would take 20 minutes to get a response.
I've read some of the messages from people who have been into this site and
that makes it all the more confusing; I can get onto most sites, other
people can get onto this site, but I can't seem to use this one. :^(
Anybody got any ideas?
